Chandlers Court, Elgin

Chandlers Court in Elgin is located within the prestigious housing development called Chandlers Rise in the grounds of the former Lesmurdie House.

There are a number of shops within ¾ of a mile and the centre of Elgin is one mile away.

There are 25 one-bedroom flats across the two floors of the development with a lift between the floors. There is a communal lounge and dining room as well as a number of seating areas. The development has an on-site day-care centre staffed by Hanover staff. The kitchen provides two meals daily for residents as well as lunch for anyone attending day care.

There are staff on site at all times with each resident having a named member of staff who is their key worker.
